We currently ship only within India. Orders placed on our website are delivered to most serviceable PIN codes across the country.
Order Processing & Delivery Time
All orders are typically processed within 12–24 hours after successful payment.
Delivery takes approximately 3–7 business days, depending on the destination and courier availability.
Delivery Partners
We use Shiprocket’s logistics network, which includes multiple courier partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, Xpressbees, and others, depending on the serviceability of your area.
Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on all orders, regardless of order value.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can use this to track the delivery status of your package in real time.
Exchange Policy
Cuddly Tails follows a strict no-exchange policy.
No Exchanges
We do not accept any exchange requests under any circumstances, including:
Wrong product ordered
Size issues
Change of mind
Damaged or defective products
